About Margaret
After practicing pilates and yoga for many years, I pursued training as a BASI Pilates teacher and was certified in Pilates Mat and Machines in 2022.
My passion to understand the benefits of exercise for the body has inspired me to continue further professional training in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, Movement Anatomy and Balanced Body Barre.
Interested in all aspects of fitness, I have also been certified as a French Fitness instructor in 2023 (CQP ALS-AGEE) and as a French Sports Health instructor in 2024 ( CQP APSPM) allowing me to offer fitness and pilates classes upon medical prescriptions for clients with chronic illnesses.

I believe that movement should feel empowering as we build strength, balance and coordination in pilates classes targeted to your individual needs and goals.
Whether you are a beginner, recovering from an injury or looking to master more challenging exercises, you are very welcome in my studio. For clients with any physical limitations or injuries, I work with their physical therapist's recommendations, using pilates to support and develop strength and mobility.
My studio is inclusive and I work with all clients and levels. In the studio and online, you will find classes that are fun, energizing and diversified with the use of many Pilates accessories. Private and semi-private clients can choose either mat or exercise using the reformer, tower, chair and ladder barrel.
